Q1. How is granted the rating for a game? A1. The rating is granted according to the idea, graphic and size of the game by an Elite Editor. The only purpose for rating is to inform and it shouldn't be taken as a very accurate tool. The Highest Rank  The Lowest Rank 
Q2. The page loads but the game doesn't appear. Why? A2. All the games on www.elitegames.info requires either Adobe's Flash or Shockwave plug-in. You can download this for free. 
 Q3. Do I have to pay anything to play the games? A3. No. The games are free! Q4. Some of the games run so slow in my browser, why? A4. There can be several reasons such as: you could have others browser windows or opened programs which are interfering with the game. You could either try closing them, or even restart your PC. Also make sure u have to latest version of Flash and Shockwave Players. Q5. How could I know about all the new games that are released on EliteGames every week? A5. We have a free newsletter that keeps you informed about all the new games on EliteGames and you may also use the News Feed option. Q6. I can't find a game anymore, what happened? A6. Once in a while, to keep our quality up, we remove some of the games based on our internal policy.
